Healthy and delicious: one-pot bolognese made from lentils

- 1 can of cherry tomatoes
- 1 can of lentils
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2-3 cloves of garlic chopped
- 10 lasagne sheets or other types of pasta
- 200ml broth (a little more if you want to cook the lasagna sheets directly in the pot)
- 3 shallots
- 1 Hand oll Spinach
- 2 Burrata
- 1 tbsp cream cheese
- Salt and pepper

1. Finely chop the shallots and garlic.
2. Place in a large pot together with the lentils, tomatoes, tomato paste, broth, a little oil, salt and pepper and, if necessary, the lasagna sheets and simmer for about 20 minutes. If necessary, top up with a little more broth.
3. Mix the cream cheese into the Bolognese, add the spinach and season again.
6. Arrange the pasta on plates, top with burrata and a little chili oil if necessary and serve.
