- 1 puff pastry
- 200 g Camembert
- Cranberry jam
- Handful of chopped walnuts
- Some honey
- Rosemary
- Now preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cut the cheese into thin slices.
- Cut four equal rectangles from the puff pastry (halve the dough in the middle and halve both halves again).
- Now spread about a tablespoon of cranberry jam on each sheet of dough and place the cheese slices on top.
- Roll up the dough lengthwise and cut it in half lengthways.
- Our tip: This works best with a pizza cutter.
- Now roll each half up into a rose - the cut side should face upwards.
- From four pieces of puff pastry you will end up with eight Camembert florets, which you place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- The small works of art are given a drop of honey and a small sprig of rosemary and seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Then bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy. We wish you a good appetite.
