Recipe for a delicious cheeseburger noodle pan for weight loss

Ingredients for 4 servings

  • 250 g whole grain or lentil pasta
  • 2 handfuls of romaine lettuce
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes or 3 large vine tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 300g lean ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 g low-fat cheddar
  • 125 ml pureed tomatoes
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • 1 EL Senf
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pickles, cut into small cubes (for the typical cheeseburger flavor)

preparation

  1. Cook the wholemeal or lentil pasta in lightly salted water until al dente according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Wash romaine lettuce and zucchini. Cut tomatoes and zucchini into fine cubes. Peel and finely chop the romaine, onions and garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Fry the minced meat until crumbly until it is lightly browned. Add onion and garlic and fry briefly until soft.
  4. Add the tomato paste and mustard to the pan and sauté briefly. Add pureed tomatoes and plant milk. Season with paprika powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer the sauce over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add the grated cheese to the sauce and stir well until melted.
  6. Add pasta: Fold the cooked pasta into the sauce so that it is evenly coated. Add the pickle cubes and romaine and stir briefly.
