Recipe for the most delicious chocolate cream ever

Ingredients

  • 250 g Skyr or Greek yogurt
  • 1 mature banana, alternatively: 100 g apple mark
  • 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon of petroleum or almondmus
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or erythritus (the latter has no calories)
  • Some milk to dilute
  • Bitty chocolate bats for garnish

preparation

  1. Crush the banana in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Add the Skyr and stir well.
  3. Mix in the cocoa powder, peanutism, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. If necessary, stir until creamy with a little milk.
  5. Sweet to taste with maple syrup or erythritus.
  6. Fill in bowls and let it pull through in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with dark chocolate pins or chopped nuts at will.
