The perfect pasta recipe for losing weight
This quick and low-calorie recipe for konjac noodles with vegetables and beefsteak tartare is ideal for a healthy diet - and for this you need: 250 g raw beef tartare, 1 small onion, 400 g sugar peas, 1 piece of ginger (approx. 2 cm) , 1 clove of garlic, 1 pack of konjac noodles, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 pinch Salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 1 pinch of chili powder or flakes, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
Here's how it works: Cut the onion and sugar peas into strips, chop the ginger and garlic finely. Prepare pasta according to instructions. Heat sesame oil and fry the tartare until crumbly, add the vegetables and then fry them too. Deglaze everything with soy sauce, season and fold in the noodles. Finally, sprinkle the dish with coriander and then all you have to do is enjoy!
