- 75g sugar
- 250 ml Sahne
- 150 ml wheat grain
- 1-2 tsp speculoos or gingerbread spice
- 5 THELindt Hazelnut Cream
- Caramelize the sugar in a small saucepan until golden brown. In the meantime, heat the cream and then pour it into the golden brown caramel. Let everything simmer over low heat until the caramel has completely dissolved in the cream. Then let it cool down.
