For the all-in dough you need 4 apples (approx. 1 kg), 200 g flour, 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 120 g sugar, 3 eggs, 150 g soft butter, 50 ml milk and a little lemon juice. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (fan oven: 160 degrees) and mix the flour, pudding powder, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, butter and milk and beat everything until fluffy for three minutes. Then pour the dough into a 26 cm springform pan and smooth it out. Peel, core and cut apples into wedges. Mix with lemon juice and then stick horizontally into the dough. Sprinkle cinnamon and vanilla sugar on top and bake for 35 minutes. Serve it with whipped cream as desired - perfect for the cold season to pamper yourself and your guests.
