Ingredients for 12 flatbreads

  • 350 g Self-Raising Flour (alternatively wheat flour with 1 tsp extra baking powder)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 350 g natural yogurt

  • Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley, tarragon, basil or dill)

  1. Put all the ingredients for the flatbreads in a large bowl. Stir with a spoon until the ingredients mix well. Knead the dough with your hands until it is smooth and smooth-it takes about 1-2 minutes.
