Icy outside, hot inside: Hot Aperol is the stylish alternative to mulled wine and brings a bitter, fruity Italian feeling into the winter. Ingredients 2 glasses: 250 ml dry white wine, 100 ml Aperol, 200 ml apple juice, 1 organic orange; Put white wine, Aperol and apple juice in a pot and heat slowly, do not let it boil. In the meantime, wash the orange, halve it and cut it into slices. Add half of the oranges to the pot and let steep for about 2 minutes. Divide the other half of the oranges between the glasses (250 ml each) and pour the Hot Aperol over them. Enjoy!
