  • 9 cl Mionetto Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut
  • 6 cl Campari
  • 3 cl Washing soda
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice

Preparation:

Fill a wine glass to the brim with ice cubes. Fill the glass with Mionetto Prosecco and then add Campari. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice to serve.

  • 1 bottle of dry champagne/sparkling wine
  • 1 Flask of Blackcurrant Cream
  • fresh rosemary sprigs

Preparation:

  • Refrigerate the champagne glasses along with the champagne and créme de cassis for at least two hours before serving.
  • Wash the fresh rosemary sprig with water.
  • Add two tablespoons of Créme de Cassis per glass, add a sprig of rosemary and fill the glass with champagne.

Sparkling wine cocktail: blackberry thyme spritz

Ingredients:

  • 1.2 liters of sparkling wine or champagne
  • 340ml water
  • 350 g blackberries (+ 12 berries for garnish)
  • 350g sugar
  • 180 ml Gin
  • 6 thyme sprigs
  • gold-colored decorative sugar

Preparation:

  • First of all, add a sugar rim to the glasses. To do this, moisten the edges of the glass with either a quartered lemon, egg white or butter. Then put the decorative sugar in a bowl and carefully dip the glasses there.
  • Bring blackberries, water and sugar to the boil in a saucepan. Then continue to simmer on low heat for ten minutes until the berries are soft and a pink syrup forms. Remove the pot from the heat, strain the syrup through a fine sieve and let it cool.
  • Fill the champagne glasses with 30 ml of gin each, then add two blackberries and about 60 ml of syrup.
  • Pour the rest of the glass with sparkling wine and garnish each cocktail with a sprig of thyme. Complete!

Happy New Year with “The Red Fruit Bubbles”

This cocktail comes to you directly from Málaga in Andalusia and was created by the bartenders at the hotelSolecio Palacein the old town. The inspiration for the drink is old Spanish, eating twelve grapes at midnight, which are said to bring good luck for each month of the new year.

  • 30 ml strawberry syrup

  • 600 ml sparkling wine or champagne
  • 30 ml elderflower liqueur
  • Strawberry flavored cotton candy

  • 180 ml Granatapfelsaft
  • 6 rosemary sprigs

Preparation:

  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate and distribute the seeds among the glasses.
  • Add a sprig of rosemary per glass.
  • Pour 30 ml of pomegranate juice into each champagne glass and top with around 100 ml of champagne. Voila!

  • 40 ml Rum
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml homemade syrup
  • 10 ml Amaretto
  • Sekt (z. Bsp."Born Rosé Brut")
  • Maraschino cherries for decoration

Preparation:

  • Spray the glass with a touch of lemon juice and add the homemade syrup. All you need to do is mix one cup of water, two cups of sugar and 1/4 liter of corn syrup.
  • Then pour the Amaretto into the glass and top with sparkling wine. If you want, you can decorate the drink with maraschino cherries. New Year's Eve can come!
