Sometimes it just has to go fixed - be it after a long working day, when the stomach growles, or if you want to conjure up a filling meal for the family without being in the kitchen for hours. This gyros-slip nozzle pan is made for this.

Turkey meat meets Schupfnudeln, crisp beans and tomatoes - a mix of hearty and fresh, which is not only prepared at lightning speed, but also fills it really. And the best? Everything comes into a pan. Cleaning up and rinsing is then limited.

Recipe for a fast gyros-pussy paste pan

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 600 g turkey schnitzel
  • 3 TL gyros-seasoning mixture
  • 4 kills
  • 500 g of green beans
  • Salt, pepper
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 500 g Schupfnudeln (cooling shelf)
  • 2 spring onions

Preparation:

1. Pat poultry, cut into fine strips and with gyros spice (For example this from Amazon*) and mix 2 tablespoons of oil. Chill for about 1 hour. Wash, clean and cut the green beans. Cook in salt water for about 10 minutes, drain, quench and drain. Wash and halve cherry tomatoes.

2. Fry the poultry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil in a large pan all around. Fry the Schupfnudeln in the hot roast grease under Wenden until golden brown. Add the poultry and green beans and fry for another 2–3 minutes. Mix in the poultry and season everything with salt and pepper.

3. Clean, wash and cut into fine rings, sprinkle over the Schupfnudel pan. In addition, Sour Cream tastes.
