Yogurt shaking cake with vanilla: Ratzfatz made
Our yogurt shaking cake with vanilla will conquer your hearts by storm-which is not least due to the airy consistency. Since we limit ourselves to a few ingredients, the vanilla aroma emerges particularly clearly. It just tastes good - big or small!
You need these ingredients:
For a Gugelhupfform with 25 cm ⌀
- 150 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 50 g of sugar
- 150 g Mehl
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 no
- 100 ml of whipped cream
- Butter & flour for shape
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
And so the preparation succeeds:
1. In the first step, preheat the oven to 160 degrees (180 degrees top/bottom heat). Put the yogurt in a large, lockable storage jar and add vanilla sugar, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, the egg and the whipped cream. Close the can and shake the contents vigorously until the ingredients have connected to a dough.
2. Grease a gugel hip shape and dust out with a little flour, then fill the dough in. Slid and push the shape into the oven on a medium shelf. Let it bake for 45 minutes. After a successful chopstick sample, the cake can be removed from the oven. Let it cool and fall.
3. Dust after falling with powdered sugar - and that was it. Enjoy it!
Tipp:Do you want more vanilla? Then simply mix the mark of half, scraped out vanilla pod into the dough.
