A dream spoon for spoons: You have to try this Nutella Tiramisu

Made easy to resist: our Nutella Tiramisu is a dream for all chocolate lovers. We'll tell you the recipe.

I love Tiramisu more than anything. I don't have a visit to the Italian without a dessertto spoon. This is exactly why I like to prepare it as a dessert when family or friends come to eat.

And the nice thing about the classic: it can be wonderfully modified, for example with strawberries, fruity-fresh asOr just with Nutella. Here is the super simple recipe - without egg!

Pure enjoyment: recipe for a Nutella tiramisu

We have already omitted the rum, which normally finds its way into a classic Tiramisu. So that the dessert can also enjoy really young and old, you simply replace the espresso with drinking cocoa. In order not to get too sweet, you should reduce the icing sugar a little in this case.

Ingredients for 4-6 portions:

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 150 g of spoon biscuits
  • 1 cup of espresso, cooled
  • 4 The Nutella
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 1 PCK. Vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 200 g scene
  • Cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts to sprinkle

And so it succeeds:

1. First brewing the espresso, alternatively you can also take strong coffee. Let it cool well.

2. Then stir the mascarpone and powdered sugar. Then beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff (Buy your hand mixer right here at Amazon*) and carefully lift under the mascarpone.

3. For the Nutella cream, simply stir water with Nutella until an even consistency is created. If you heat the nut nougat cream a little, it works much easier.

4. Now provide the dessert glasses and fill it as follows: First break a spoon biscuit in the middle (or so that it fits in the glass), dip into the espresso and fill it into the glass. Followed by a tablespoon of Nutella cream and an EL Mascarpone cream. Repeat the whole thing until the glass is full. Complete with the mascarpone.

5. The Tiramisu for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and optionally chopped hazelnuts. Enjoy it!

Tipp:Tiramisu tastes more intense the longer it could pull through. The dessert can therefore be prepared well the day before.
