Quick recipe for low carb Asian noodles
This recipe was developed by Vorwerk to comply with the nutritional conceptFit mit Thermomixparticularly aimed at people over 40 who want to maintain their comfortable weight.
Energy values per serving:
1335 kJ, energy values 319 kcal, saturated fatty acids 2 g, fiber 9.7 g, sodium 455 mg, fat 11 g, carbohydrates 24 g, protein 32 g
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g water
- 500 g Asian vegetables, frozen (wok mix)
- 400 g chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
- 1 EL Kill
- Salt for seasoning
- Pepper for seasoning
- 250 g mini pak choi, cut into coarse strips
- 15 g ginger, fresh, in thin slices
- 1 clove of garlic
- 15 g Sesame beer
- 1 teaspoon of spice paste for vegetable broth, homemade or 1 cube of vegetable broth (for 0.5 l)
- 20g soy sauce
- 25 g Erythrit (you can order here on Amazon*)
- ¼ tsp Sambal Oelek (alternatively use Sriracha sauce or chili flakes to taste)
- 600 g Shirataki noodles (konjac noodles), drained
- 2 spring onions, cut into thin rings
Accessories: pan
TM parts: Varoma, measuring cup, spatula, cooking insert
Preparation:
1. Pour water into the mixing bowl, place the Varoma container in place, weigh in the vegetables, making sure that there are enough steam slots left, close the Varoma and cook for 18-20 minutes/Varoma/level 1. During this time, first fry the chicken in oil in a pan on the stove, season generously with salt and pepper and pour into a large serving bowl. Then fry the pak choi in the same pan and add it to the meat.
Put the Varoma down, empty the mixing bowl, collecting the cooking liquid, and add the mixing bowl
rinse with cold water.
2. Place ginger and garlic in mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 8
and push down with the spatula.
3. Add sesame oil and sauté 2 mins/120°C/speed 1.
4. Add 250 g of cooking liquid, spice paste, soy sauce, erythritol and sambal oelek and puree for 10 seconds/speed 8, then bring to the boil for 5 minutes/100 °C/speed 1.
5. Add the pasta, mix with the spatula, cook for 5 mins/100 °C/reverse cycle/speed setting 1, add to the serving bowl, mix, season to taste and distribute on plates. Sprinkle low-carb noodles with spring onions and serve.
