So that you no longer have any problems when making your bed in the future, we will explain to you what the “clever corner” is all about.

The “clever corner” helps when making your bed

There is almost nothing better than slipping into a freshly made bed after a long day at work and a shower. However, making the bed is not one of my favorite tasks.

Somehow my arms are always too short and the corners don't stay where they should be. And the worst thing is the fitted sheet. The typical question: Which side belongs where?

Since we have an almost square bed, you can't tell this at first glance. But the solution should now be the trick with the “smart corner”. If you know this trick, making your bed should be child's play.

How does the “smart corner” work?

But what is behind the “clever corner”? This is actually quite simple. As a rule, every (fitted) bed sheet has a label inside. This contains, among other things, washing instructions and material composition.

However, the label is crucial when making your bed. You can use this as a guide if you want to open the sheet.

The trick works like this:To ensure that the fitted sheet sits properly, you always have to pull the corner with the label over the top right corner of the mattress. This way you can make sure that the sides of the sheet fit properly. That's about it. Not only does it sound easy, but it is too. It's worth trying out!
