In advance in the video: Rare window cleaning: With these tips this is possible
Cleaning the window easy: With this effective DIY cleaner from black tea you save yourself the way to the drugstore.
Cleaning windows is one of the tasks in the household that I like to delay. But when the sun is shining again in spring and the nasty stripes and layers of dust cloud the outlook, there is no way around it.
Fortunately, there is a brilliant plaster trick for strip-free-tolerable windows that you may not yet know. The best thing about it: Most of them have long since had the ingredients for environmentally friendly home remedies.
That is why black tea is a good cleaning agent for dirty windows
Black tea is not only often drunk, it can also be used as a cleaning agent. The tea contains tannins that give the tea its dark color after the infusion.
These tannins can also solve fat and dirt and act sustainably as a protective shield against new dirt-without any chemical club.
Optionally, you can add a pointed lemon to the tea water. The citric acid also helps against lime stains and gives the cleaning agent a fresh fragrance.
It's that easy:
1. cook about 500 ml of water and poured two tea bags black tea with it. Let the tea pull for a good 10 minutes so that the tannins can fully develop.
2. Press half a lemon and add the juice to the cooled tea.
3. Fill the mixture into a clean spray bottle (Order here from Amazon*). So you can easily spray your homemade cleaner onto the windows and now remove dirt and stains with a cloth.
4. Use a dry microfiber cloth or old newspaper to finally polish and avoid the windows.
Important: The homemade black tea lemon cleaner is a natural product and therefore does not last forever. It is best to open it within a week.
