Being slim and flexible throughout the year indicates good health and longevity. Yoga exercises ensure this and also help get rid of stress.
Long and exhausting aerobicsExercisesare not the only means if you want to lose a few kilos. Yoga exercises ensure relaxation and an ideal figure. Warming up is a must.
First comes the so-called headstand – known as the king of asanas. If you are a beginner, then it is better to postpone this yoga asana until later! However, if you feel up to the challenge, you can always lean against the wall. Get on your knees on the floor, fold your fingers! Elbows are included. This way you form triangle. Let your neck rest on your hands. Next – stretch your knees and then lift your thighs! Take small steps forward, towards your head. Raise your knees to the top, feet no longer touching the floor. Now try to slowly stretch your legs upwards.
Shoulderstand is an equally effective and calming yoga pose. Lie on the floor, then raise your legs up, continue until the whole body is vertical. Elbows lie on the floor, hands support the body. This yoga exercise trains the arms and shoulders.
Yoga exercises offer variety so you can never be bored
This is followed by the yoga pose of the fish. Place your hands under your buttocks with your palms facing the floor. Bend your upper body upwards with the help of your elbows. The head is also lifted and its highest point is directed towards the floor.
The next position is similar and is called the plow. Instead of lifting your upper body, you should remove your hips and legs from the floor and let your legs hang over your head. After a while, slowly straighten the body back to normal.
At the end comes the head-knee position. They sit on the floor. The goal is to bend your upper body forward towards your legs as much as possible. All yoga exercises should be held for about a minute, and the normal breathing rate is of great importance. Before you continue with the next asana, you definitely need a few minutes to relax.
