In this post, we present you a contemporary apartment with impressive interiors in Vilnius, Lithuania, designed by interior designer Rūta Bajevaitė.
The elegant private residence stands out at first glance with different shades of gray that harmonize with beige and othersearthy toneswere put together. What cannot be overlooked is the harmonious overall picture that results from the interplay between warm wood and subtle gray. Some shades of gray are considered rather cool, which is why the specialist lamp combines furniture or accessories in warm brown tones with the color gray.
This is also the case in this modern residence with an open living concept. The bright and cozy living area offers uninterrupted views of the compact kitchen and dining area, which is located right next to it. The subtle oneGray of the upholstered furnitureIn the inviting living area, the combination with the neutral white of the ceiling sets the scene perfectly. A brown-grey color was used in the wall design, which also highlights the light gray color of the sofa.
The parquet floor, which covers the entire floor, offers the perfect conditions for a harmonious interior. The wooden floor gives the room a striking look with its yellowish, almost brassy shades. Colors and materials were used carefully and consciously throughout the interior design. The interior coating of the pendant lights that hang above the dining table reflects the characteristic color of the wooden flooring.
The kitchen back wall was also covered with wood, but in a slightly darker shade. Wood was also used in the stairwell. The wooden banister and steps radiate the same warmth as the living room itself. The apartment also has a bedroom and two bathrooms, which unanimously continue the furnishing concept and combine the natural material with the color gray.
