The next day, simply warm it up on the baking sheet and make it crispy. For 10 servings you need the following ingredients:

  • 3 kg fresh chicken wings
  • To rub the wings:
    3 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 1.5 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper, 2.5 teaspoons onion powder, 2.5 teaspoons garlic powder, 2 teaspoons paprika powder, 1.5 teaspoons chili powder, 1.5 teaspoons cumin, 1 .5 tsp dried parsley
  • For the Honey Buffalo Sauce:
    300 ml hot sauce, 200 ml honey, 2 tbsp melted butter, 2 tbsp sugar cane molasses

Preparation:
