– 1/2 tea cup melted butter (125 g)
– 2 Owner
– 1/2 teacup sugar
– 1 Tasse Mehl
– 1/3 Theta Quark
– 1 vanilla essence
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder

The recipe for theVanille Muffinsin individual steps:

1. Take the eggs out of the fridge. They should be at room temperature for this recipe. Next, melt the butter in a water bath. Sift the flour and baking powder and set aside.

2. Using a mixer, beat the eggs together with the sugar. Then add the quark. After you have mixed everything together well, add the butter too. You can also mix with a whisk or fork. But it is more difficult and takes more time.

3. Next add the flour mixture to this egg mixture, stirring constantly. This should happen gradually. Mix everything together well to create a smooth dough. What's still missing is the vanilla essence. Stir them in well.

4. Prepare the muffin tin by filling it with paper liners. Only fill these 2/3 full with the dough, as the dough rises during baking and can overflow. You can also use a silicone mold. In this case it is not necessary to put paper cases in it. Simply grease the molds with butter or margarine to make it easier to remove the small cakes from the mold later.

5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes, then check for doneness with a toothpick. If it's dry, they're done. Then let the muffins cool down. Afterwards you can enjoy them to the fullest!

The great thing about these cakes is that there are endless variations. For example, you can add chocolate chips, various fruits such as apples, bananas, pumpkin and coconut, or nuts or jam, as well as cocoa for a chocolaty treat. There are no limits to your imagination. Salty muffins are equally popular. These savory versions are ideal for breakfast or as a snack between meals. Just try them out.
