This heavenly, delicious pumpkin tart is ideal for cold days: it warms you up and impresses with its hearty taste. For the base you need 150 g wholemeal spelled flour, 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 75 g quark, 3 tablespoons milk and 3 tablespoons olive oil. For the filling you need 500g pumpkin, 1 small red onion, 1 clove of garlic, 125g cherry tomatoes, 3 tablespoons olive oil, fresh herbs such as thyme and rosemary, 3 eggs, 125g cream, 8-10 black olives and 75g feta. First knead the dough from flour, baking powder, salt, curd, milk and olive oil and press it into the greased form. Dice the pumpkin and fry with onion, garlic and tomatoes. Add herbs and capers. Whisk together the eggs and cream, pour over the vegetables and sprinkle with feta. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
