- 1 pack of konjak noodles (available in the Asia supermarket!)
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 leek rod
- 2 carrots
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 away coke
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of petroleum
- Salt and pepper to taste
preparation
- Divide the broccoli into small florets, cut the leek into rings and cut the carrots and zucchini into fine strips.
- Take the konjak noodles out of the packaging, rinse and drain well. Tip: Briefly blanch in hot water to remove the slight smell of your own.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and first fry the broccoli, then add leek, carrots and zucchini. Fry everything for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat until the vegetables are crunchy and slightly browned.
