Recipe for a delicious garlic pan bread made from just five ingredients

Ingredients for three to four loaves of bread

  • 300 g spelled wholemeal flour
  • 200 g Sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 pressed garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, virgin

preparation

  1. Mix wholemeal spelled flour, skyr and baking powder in a mixing bowl. Form a dough ball with your hands, divide it into four portions and form four balls each.
  2. Roll out the dough balls into flat cakes on a floured work surface.
  3. Peel and press the garlic and mix with the olive oil.
  4. Brush the dough flatbreads with the oil.
  5. Fry on both sides in a pan without adding any more fat.
