Our healthy chocolate favorite for Veganuary: juicy avocado brownies!
These vegan avocado brownies are for all chocolate lovers who want to eat healthy but don't want to miss out on enjoyment! To properly prepare the creamy chocolate snacks, you need: 100 g coconut oil, 3 tbsp agave syrup, 2 ripe avocados, 1½ tsp vanilla extract, 3 eggs (or vegan: 3 tbsp linseed flour + 9 tbsp water), 70 g coconut flour, 50 g cocoa powder , 1½ tsp baking powder. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and line a mold (18 x 28 cm) with baking paper on the baking tray. MeltSPut the coconut oil in a pot, halve the avocado, remove the stone, add the peeled avocado to the coconut oil and puree everything into a homogeneous mass. Then give itSAdd all other ingredients and mix. Pour the chocolate-avocado mixture into a mold and let everything bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Finally, let it cool down, cut it into pieces and enjoy.
