Sandwich-Deluxe: This is how the avocado-grilled cheeke-sandwich succeeds

    Ingredients for 1 serving:

    • 2 slices of bread of your choice
    • 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
    • 2 slices of cheddar (or another cheese of your choice)
    • 2-3 dried, pickled tomatoes
    • Some arugula
    • ¼ Avocado
    • Salt, pepper
    • Some olive oil

    Preparation:

    1. Brush a slice of bread with cream cheese, the other cover with the cheddar.
    2. Drain the dried tomatoes and spread them on the cream cheese. Wash the rocket and place on the Cheddar.
    3. Cut the avocado into slices and lay it out on the arugula. Season with salt and pepper and fold the two bread slices.
    4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the avocado grilled cheek sandwich in it on medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy warmly.

Tipp:Be sure to use a firm, spicy salad such as rocket or baby spinach on the sandwich, as these can withstand the heat when roasted without immediately soft. This is how the sandwich keeps its freshness - even after roasting.
