    Moroccan scrambled eggs: A recipe with an oriental touch

    • 2 tomatoes
    • 100 g More
    • 1 Mozzarella
    • 1 TL in Hari
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • olive oil
    • 4 Owner
    • Salt
    • Pfeffer
    • Flat-leaf parsley
    1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
    2. Cut the feta into small pieces and set aside a third of it for decoration. Also cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
    3. Mix the harissa, cumin and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl until well combined. Add the eggs and beat lightly.
    4. Add the diced tomatoes, feta and mozzarella to the bowl and mix the mixture thoroughly.
    5. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the egg mixture and let it set slightly, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    6. Garnish the finished scrambled eggs with the remaining feta and a few parsley leaves and serve immediately.
