    Ingredients

    • 500g pasta
    • 250 g Cherry tomatoes
    • 1 Zucchini
    • 1 onion
    • 1 clove of garlic
    • 200 g Crème fraîche
    • 2 EL Kill
    • 180 g Gouda, grated
    • Zucker
    • Salt
    • Pfeffer

    preparation

    1. Cook pasta:Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions until al dente. Then drain and set aside.
    2. Prepare vegetables:Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
    3. Fry vegetables:Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and garlic until translucent. Add the zucchini slices and sauté until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and fry them briefly. Season everything with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
