Esquire Townhouse x Mercedes-Benz: the program began with three-star chef Marco Müller

The Townhouse traditionally begins in the afternoon: Esquire editor-in-chief Dominik Schütte welcomed the community and awarded the few places for a master class on the best craftsmanship: three-star chef and brand ambassador forVictorinox, Marco Müller, took the participants on a journey of discovery into the world of flavors in the large kitchen at LaFlor. From currant wood and wild quince to pine: the top chef showed how he obtains essences and extracts for his cuisine directly from nature. He also clearly demonstrated why a good knife is perhaps the most important tool in the kitchen. After the second master class, Müller also shared his philosophy with the rest of the townhouse community in a conversation with Dominik Schütte. At a small stand, a child's dream came true: people could have their very own Victorinox pocket knife configured

Esquire Townhouse x Mercedes-Benz: Delight with winemaker Jochen Dreissigacker

Afterwards we went to the vineyards of the Palatinate: The winemaker Jochen Dreissigacker talked about his astonishing career in his inimitably friendly manner: While he initially almost ruined his parents' winery through new methods that were ahead of their time, the family business counts more today than 70 employees. He also spoke about what is probably the biggest challenge for agriculture and winegrowing in particular: climate change. At the end it became practical: Using the example of his glass series that he developed with Zwiesel Glas, he taught the audience a few tricks, always with his goal: "I want people to become better drinkers." What a good guy. Afterwards, the guests enjoyed the Dreißigacker Riesling even better than before. Spoiler: The goodie bag included beautiful glasses and a small bottle of wine for the community to enjoy at home.

Vintage watches in the Esquire Townhouse: The Bucherer Certified Preowned room

Protected from the hustle and bustle of the community, there were real treasures to discover in the townhouse: Bucher Certified Preowned? shortBucherer CPO? had put together an exhibition of beautiful vintage watches. At a small bar there were drinks with Bucherer Signature Gin. In a talk with Dominik Schütte and Esquire watch expert Gunnar Mergner, Bucher CPO European boss Odilo Lamprecht gave insights into the exciting vintage watch market, very practical tips for people who are looking for a valuable timepiece, and didn't miss a beat take the opportunity to tie a suitable piece around the interviewers. Dominik Schütte and Gunnar Mergner received the most beautiful vintage watches (of course the pieces went back into the safe later).

Esquire Townhouse: Trendy beer and really good sound from Maddi Bu

The mood rose. Now DJ Maddi Bu got started. The relaxed sound of the DJ permeated the townhouse. Townhouse partner 1664 Blanc provided a good foundation with delicious Belgian waffles. The new light yellow, naturally cloudy Witbier was also available at the bar in the club. A refreshing new discovery for many in the Esquire community. The large refrigerators emptied quickly (but Esquire won't run out of beer, no worries).

Daniel Donskoy, Malick Bauer and Jannik Schümann in the Esquire Townhouse Talk

It is the core topic of Esquire and we couldn't have found better contemporary witnesses than the musician and actor Donskoy, an absolute man of the world, the actor Schümann, who developed into the mouthpiece of the queer community? and yet remains completely open in his choice of roles and the actor Bauer, who will be there at the latestSam - A Saxonhas proven how sophisticated German TV drama works.
