    5. Ice Cream Penguins

In our (almost)healthy chocolate penguinsEveryone likes to bite, they are really cute and a fun surprise. The recipe is very simple and can be prepared in just a few minutes:

    • ½ cup dark chocolate drops or couverture
    • ¼ cup white chocolate drops or couverture
    • orangene M&M’s
    • 3 bananas
    • Chocolate flakes or sugar eyes
    • wooden spatula
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a sturdy container in the microwave, halve the M&M's and melt the white chocolate.
    • Now cut the bananas in half in the middle and dip the round end into the dark chocolate to create the “penguin look”.
    • Place the bananas on the back and attach the M&M's to form a beak in the chocolate. Attention: Stick the beak on as quickly as possible while the chocolate is still liquid.
    • Then drizzle white chocolate over the eyes and place a round chocolate flake on each. Alternatively, you can also use ready-made sugar eyes from the supermarket. Dip the halved M&M's lightly into the white chocolate and attach them to the bottom as feet.
