- 50ml Benriach Original Ten (Single Malt Whiskey)
- 150ml apple juice
- 1 teaspoon spiced butter
- 1 cinnamon stick (decorative)
For the spiced butter:
- 250g Butter
- 2 allspice seeds
- 1 star anise
- 1 clove
Preparation:
For the spiced butter: Paint all the spices small (as an alternative: buy already painted spices in the can). Heat the butter slowly and add the spices and stir. Finally, chill everything in the fridge. For the drink: Gently warm the whiskey and apple juice, do not boil, and pour into a mug. Then add a teaspoon of the spiced butter to the glass and garnish with the cinnamon stick. Tip: You can stir with the cinnamon stick and distribute the butter. Cheers!
Warm cocktail with rum: Hot Buttered Eminente Rum
Warm rum? Oh yes! What others drink other than grog, we refine with apple tea and butter. Butter? Yes, you read that right, because it is great as a flavor enhancer.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Rum (z.B.“Eminent Reserve”)
- 50 ml hot water
- 50 ml hot apple tea
- Juice and zest of a lemon
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 star anise
- 2 heaped tablespoons of muscovado sugar (alternatively brown sugar)
- 25 g Butter
Preparation:
Heat all the ingredients slowly in a pot (do not boil!), strain into a cup and serve hot with a torched marshmallow on a wooden skewer.
Warmer Cocktail mit Whisky: Pumpkin Scotch Latte
Someone hassaid? We want it as a cocktail! The Scotch whiskey is discreetly in the background and rounds off the winter cocktail very smoothly.

Place all ingredients in a heatproof glass or cup and stir well. Garnish with milk foam and a thin slice of orange dusted with cinnamon.
Warm cocktail with chocolate: Mexican Hot Chocolate

Ingredients (for four drinks):
- 1 liter almond milk
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 vanilla pod, scraped out
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground cardamom
- ½ TL Chayenne Pfeffer
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 16 cl weißer Tequila (z.B.“Volcano of My Land”)
Preparation:
Heat all ingredients except the tequila in a saucepan over medium heat until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Stir occasionally.
Before serving, pour 4 cl of tequila per drink into a cup and top up with the hot chocolate. Garnish with cinnamon stick and chili pepper.
Cocktail for winter 2024: Golden Hot Toddy recipe
The Hot Toddy is the classic British oneWinter-Cocktail. Prepared similarly to a grog, it is perfected here with simple, homemade honey syrup.

- 15 ml honey syrup (simply mix equal parts hot water and honey until the honey has dissolved)
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Spices to taste: – 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg, 6 cloves,
1 lemon slice, 1 star anise, 1/2 vanilla pod

Festive warm cocktail: cranberry punch with coconut cream
PRIngredients for the punch
- 500 ml water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 Zimtstange
- 4 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 2 bags of black tea
- Orange zest and juice from an organic orange
- 500 ml Cranberry-Nectar, e.gBecker's best
- 200 ml apple juice
Ingredients for the coconut cream
- 200 ml Sahne
- 1⁄2 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Coconut liqueur, egCoconut Batida Mangaroca
- Decoration: 8 thyme sprigs and 4-6 star anise
preparation
Bring the water to the boil in a pot with the sugar and spices. Add the black tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, add the orange, cranberry and apple juice and let it steep for another five minutes on a low heat - do not boil!
In the meantime, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and fold in the coconut liqueur. Pour the punch through a sieve to filter out the spices and pour into glasses. Immediately before serving, garnish with the cream, thyme sprigs and, if desired, star anise.
Winter cocktail recipe: Bailey's Hot Chocolate Sparklers

preparation
Mix the cocoa powder and milk into hot chocolate. Pour into a mug and add the cream liqueur. Garnish generously: whipped cream, marshmallows, chocolate shavings... here more is simply more! The crowning, glittering finish is a sparkler that should get stuck in the whipped cream without any problems. Enjoy!

Heat for 5 minutes. Divide the orange and ginger slices between the glasses. Pour on the hot Aperol mixture, garnish with washed rosemary sprigs and drinking straws and serve.

- 250 ml Rum z.B.Santa Teresa 1796 Rum
- 500 ml organic apple juice
- 50 ml Zuckersirup
- Zest a whole organic orange
- Spices to taste: 6 cloves, 4 cinnamon sticks, 2 star anise, 8 allspice berries, 1 vanilla pod, 1 dried chili pepper (optional)
preparation
Place the liquid ingredients in a saucepan and stir until well combined. Add spices and warm over low heat for 15 minutes. Serve in a heatproof glass or mug and garnish with orange peel and a cinnamon stick.
Recipe for a warming winter cocktail: Fireside Mule

Gently heat all the ingredients in a pot, do not let them boil and then pour into a heat-resistant glass cup.
Winter-Cocktail 2024: Hot Buttered Rum
Of course, you should enjoy warm rum with caution! But then a glass of it tastes great.

Ingredients
- 200 ml brown rum, e.gBacardi Reserve Eight
- 100 ml hot water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 1 heaped tablespoon brown sugar
- 5 small flakes of butter
- Lemon peel
preparation
Put all the ingredients in a pot. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture steep for five to ten minutes. Carefully pour hot water into a glass or cup and warm the glass for about five minutes. Then pour away the water and pour the rum-tea mixture into the glass or cup. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
With tangerine: Hot Tangerine Ginger
Tastes fresh: warm cocktail with mandarin

- 30 ml Mandarinensaft
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 100 ml naturally cloudy apple juice
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, preferably frozen and finely grated on a multigrater
- Decoration: cinnamon stick and tangerine slice
Preparation:
Place the sugar in a saucepan and heat slowly until the sugar caramelizes. Deglaze with apple and lemon juice and reduce heat. Add the ginger and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat. Mix tangerine juice and vodka in a heatproof mixing glass. If the ginger was cooked in pieces, strain the pieces and stir the still warm liquid into the juice and vodka mix. Pour into a glass cup, decorate with a cinnamon stick and mandarin slice and serve immediately. If you want, you can also decorate the heat-resistant cups with a sugar rim.
