Greek Islands: When is the best time to travel?
In general, it depends on which Greek island you want to travel to: tourist favorites like Mykonos and Santorini are in the(June to early September) expensive and overcrowded, so it's worth itto arrive to have one of the legendary sunsets for yourself.
If you want to party and don't mind crowds, you should travel to the Greek islands in July or August - but be careful: then it can get so hot that you can't do much other than sleep (under a parasol) and sleep (in a cooled down room).
The temperatures in Greece are between 20 and 35 degrees between June and October and there is hardly any rain. Only in theFrom November to March it gets quieter on the Greek islands. Then it could also be that restaurants, shops and hotels are only open to a limited extent.
