Blake Lively went through the press during her promotional tour for the Colleen Hoover film adaptation “It Ends with Us.” But not necessarily for good reasons. The actress was heavily criticized for not being sensitive enough while promoting her film, which is about an abusive relationship. On the contrary, according to some critics, she tried to make “It Ends with us” a second “Barbie” with all her floral dresses and merch.
However, there is also a beautiful story behind this special floral dress. Because the Versace dress from 2003 is the same one that pop queen Britney Spears once wore: “The ultimate queen who made us all shine and write and tell our stories,” Blake wrote on Instagram: “ Thank you for your example and your contribution to women telling their stories. I’m so excited for your biopic and everything you have coming up.”
