Small pastries, great love: apple-cinnamon kitchen from the Airfryer or oven

These apple cubes with cinnamon are quickly prepared when visiting spontaneously and simply taste heavenly.

Who doesn't know that? You feel like something sweet, but no time to bake a big cake. This is exactly where these apple-cinnamon tarts come. They are made quickly, very uncomplicated and exactly the perfect portion if you and your loved ones spontaneously want to enjoy something delicious.

Can it be a cake?

The scent of cinnamon and freshly baked apples immediately fills the whole kitchen - heavenly! But be careful: these little cakes are addictive and are guaranteed to be das off faster than you can see.

It is best to bake or freeze a few more so that you always have supplies. To do this, put the apple taler wrapped in the oven wrapped in aluminum foil so that they do not burn and remain nice and juicy.

Our recipe for heavenly apple taler with cinnamon

Ingredients for approx. 15 pieces:

  • 4 apples
  • approx. 30 ml lemon juice
  • 100 g Butter
  • 80 g of sugar
  • 1 PCK. Vanilla sugar
  • 1/2 TL cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs (size m)
  • 200 g Mehl
  • 2 heaped TL baking powder

And that's so easy:

1. First peel, remove the apples and cut them into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice and cinnamon and let it cover for a few minutes.

2. Now it's time to the dough. Mix the soft butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until frothy. Then stir in the eggs - one after the other, the dough becomes particularly fluffy.

3. Mix the flour with the baking powder and then gradually seven in the dough. Now add the apple pieces (including the cinnamon liquid) and fold them in carefully.

4. Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Place about 15 dough piles with a moistened tablespoon. In the preheated oven at180 degrees circulating air (200 degrees top/bottom heat)Bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Tipp:Alternatively, the kitchen succeeds in the hot air fryer. If you don't have a big oneDouble airfryer like this from Amazon*, it is best to only prepare half of the dough. Then put the dough piles in the Airfryer basket in individual muffin shapes. Bake at 175 degrees for about 18 minutes.

5. It is best to enjoy the cake lukewarm and dust optionally with powdered sugar. Also delicious: mix a glaze from powdered sugar and water and cover the thaler with it.
