What is better in winter than a hearty pasta casserole with minced meat? There is the successful recipe here.
There are a few recipes that I could now prepare them in my sleep because I love to cook them. This clearly includes this ingenious oneFor oven makaroni Alla Mamma-an absolute hit when the big hunger strikes.
In the past, I always prepared the pasta casserole with minced meat with a ready-made bag. This is quick and you don't have to worry about the right spices and Co. However, I promise you that it is not complicated at all without a fixed product.

By the way: I have this recipe several timeswithout minced meatcooked. For this I simply roasted onions and garlic with tomato paste and spices, deleted the whole and simmered as a tomato sauce (without hack).
It tasted almost as good to me and my family. So don't worry if you don't have minced meat in the house (or take too long to thaw from the TK ...).
Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:
- 500 g Makkaroni (Oder Andere Pasta, Z. B. Penne)
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 ml passed tomatoes
- 500 ml of vegetable broth or beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1 EL Oregano, getrocknet
- 1 EL Thymian, getrocknet
- 200 G Crumble-cream Faircase
- 150 g grated cheese
And that's so easy:
1. Peel the onion and garlic and finely chop both.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and fry the minced meat in it. Season with salt and pepper. Add onions and garlic after 1-2 minutes and fry until the hack is crumbly.
3. Now add the tomato paste to the minced meat. Mix in well so that it is also roasted briefly. Then deglaze the whole thing with broth and passed tomatoes. Bring the sauce to the boil, then simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, thyme and oregano.
4. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180 degrees upper under heat.
5. Pour the uncooked macaroni into the mold and mix with the minced meat sauce. The pasta should be well covered by the sauce. Spread the crème fraîche in blobs on the casserole, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Bon appetit!
My tip: Let the casserole pull outside of the oven for a good 15 minutes after baking and cool down a bit. For example, you can prepare a quick salad in time ().
