The cake recipe originally comes from the United States, where he has many fans as a "Better Than Sex Cake". The combination of intensive chocolate cake with a coffee note, creamy chocolate pudding, fluffy vanilla cream and a topping from the popular Daim bars ensures highlights that are second to none. This is how simple but ingenious recipe comes here:

Ingredients for a springform pan (26 cm):
For the chocolate cake:

  • 120 g Butter
  • 30 g Backcoa
  • 100 ml Espresso
  • 130 g Mehl
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 60 ml buttermilk
  • 1 no
  • 1 TL Natron
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

For the pudding cream:

  • 1 PCK. Schokopudding powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 50 g of sugar

For the vanilla cream:

  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt
  • 1 TL powdered sugar

For topping:

  • 3 DAIM bars (or other chocolate bars)
  • As add-on: chocolate drops, caramel sauce and/or chocolate sauce

Preparation:

1. Prepare chocolate cake

The oven on160 degrees rechargeable airPreheat and lay out a spring spring shape with baking paper. Grease the edges thoroughly.

Mix flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add the baking cocoa and espresso. Heat and stir until the cocoa has dissolved and the liquid is dark and even. Let cool briefly.

Fill the finished dough into the mold and approx. 160 degrees circulating air approx.20 minutesbake. Then remove, let the cake cool and loosen from the mold.

2. Prepare pudding layer

Next prepare the pudding according to the package instructions with 500 ml milk and 50 g of sugar. If you don't like chocolate pudding, you can also use vanilla pudding powder. Spread the finished pudding on the chocolate cake floor and let it cool briefly.

3. Beat the cream

For the vanilla cream, beat the whipped cream with vanilla extract and powdered sugar until it is nice and stiff. Tip: Use refrigerator-cold cream and make sure that both the mixer (Buy here at Amazon*) When the bowls are fat -free.

Spread the vanilla cream onto the pudding layer. Important: The pudding should be completely cooled, otherwise the cream will melerate.

4. Top cake
