Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 200 g of cooked ham
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 The Butter
  • 2 The Mehl
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 200 g cream cheese, double frame level
  • Salt
  • Pfeffer
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • 150 g Emmentaler, grated
  • As desired: fresh herbs

And the preparation is so simple:
