Top brownies with marshmallow ghosts
This is what you need:
- 12 Marshmallows
- Frosting or white chocolate
- 2 pieces of dark chocolate
And this is how it works:
Make icing or melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Place a dollop of frosting or white chocolate on the brownies, place the marshmallows on top and wait until they “stick”. Now generously pour the icing or white chocolate over the marshmallows and then let them dry.
Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and then use a wooden stick to draw eyes and mouths on the covered marshmallows so that your ghosts have a face. Et voilà – already done. The guests can come!
