"Clown nose": Awesome carnival recipe with Nutella

Because the edible clown noses are basically only chocolate chocolates that were rolled in red sugar. Super simple and yet a real eye-catcher on the party buffet. Have fun copying and snacking.

Recipe for homemade chocolate nut chocolates

The list of ingredients for the homemade chocolates is really clear. If you don't have ground hazelnuts, you can also use ground almonds.

Ingredients for approx. 25 pieces:

  • 100 g Nutella (or other nut nougat cream)
  • 150 g nut nougat for baking (stitch)
  • 120 g ground hazelnuts
  • 30 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 TL Vanilleextrakt

To roll

  • red crumble / sugar bead (Buy here at Amazon*)
  • orfreezer -dried raspberries
  • orRed food colored mixed with white sugar

And this is how it works:

1. Slowly melt the solid nougat over a water bath. Then stir in the Nutella, vanilla extract, the ground and chopped hazelnuts. Then put the mass in the fridge for about an hour.

2. To make the clown noses red, there are several options. Either you take sugar beads, or you mix food color with white sugar. You can also use freezer -dried raspberries. This either roughly or to a fine powder (this is possible, for example, with this mixer, for example,At Amazon*) Shooting.

3. Get the chocolate mass out of the fridge and shape small balls out of it with your hands. Then roll the chocolates either in sugar, sugar beads or raspberries. Complete!
