Recipe for cheese leek soup with chicken and curry
Delicious, hearty and prepared in no time: This aromatic soup is not only the hit as an evening or lunch, but just like his cheese-hack colleague, the perfect strengthening at the next family celebration.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 400 g chicken breast
- 2 rods leek or leek
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 500 ml of vegetable broth
- 250 ml Sahne
- 300 g melting cheese
- 2 The Currypulver Gelbes
- 1 TL ROTE CURRYPASTE
- 2 TL soy sauce
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Oil to roast
The preparation succeeds as quickly:
1. Cut the leek into finger -wide rings and wash thoroughly under running water. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices, pull off the onion and finely dice. Pat the chicken breast fillets with a paper towel and cut them into bite -sized pieces.
2. Oil in a large pot (Like this from Amazon*) Heat, fry chicken and onion in it. As soon as the meat has a good tan, add the leek and mushrooms. Sweat everything for about 5 minutes. Then add the curry powder and paste to the pot and fry.
3. Then deglaze the whole thing with the vegetable broth and cream, stir in the melting cheese. Bring the soup to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes with medium heat supply, occasionally stir.
4. Season with soy sauce and a pinch of sugar and serve hot. Bon appetit!
