Warm apples in delicious dough are always possible and in any form. Because the crunchy, sweet and sour fruits go perfectly with a crispy shell with a fine sugar and cinnamon dust.
Let our simple recipe inspire you, because what looks complicated doesn't have to be. The finished result of the baked apple rings has absolute addictive potential. Try it out!
You need:
- 6 large apples
- 3 Owner
- 250 ml milk
- 200 g Flour
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Zucker
- Oil for frying
It's that easy:
1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Gradually stir in the eggs, alternating with the milk, until the dough is nice and smooth. Add a pinch of salt to the dough and stir.
2. Wash and peel the apples. Cut the apples with an apple corer(order directly from Amazon here*)Remove the core and then cut into slightly thicker slices.
3. Sprinkle the rings with a little sugar on both sides.
4. Heat the oil in a pan with high sides and use enough so that the apple rings can float in it. Now bathe the apple rings in the batter and fry them one after the other in the hot fat until they are golden brown.
5. Use a slotted spoon to lift the rings out of the fat and drain them on some kitchen paper. Now mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the finished apple rings with it.
