Would you like a lasagna with VIIIIL vegetables that also tastes of children? Then you should try this heavenly vegetable lasagna.
A spicy, fruity tomato sauce, crisp vegetable pieces and a wonderful cheese crust-we don't miss the minced meat at all in this lasagna. So that we do not have to have a look at the saucepan when preparing, we save a lot of effort and prepare the vegetable sauce in the Thermomix.

Ingredients for approx. 4 portions:
For the vegetable sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 carrots
- 1 root peppers
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 500 g passed tomatoes
- 50 ml vegetable broth
- 2 TL salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 Prise Pfeffer
- 2 teaspoons of dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme ...)
Besides that
- 250 g Lasagneplatten
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 150 g grated Mozzarella
And this is how it works:
1. Peel the onion, carrots and garlic, cut into very rough pieces and put them in the mixing bowl. Shoot on level 5 for a few seconds. Add the olive oil and steam at level 2 for 2-3 minutes.
2. In the meantime, wash and dice peppers and zucchini. Cut the broccoli into small florets and wash. Put the vegetables together with the vegetable broth, tomatoes, salt, sugar, pepper and dried herbs in the mixing bowl. Simmer at 100 degrees to level 1 for about 15 minutes.
3. While the sauce simmer, preheat the oven to 200 degrees upper/bottom heat.
4. First spread a trowel of the vegetable sauce onto the bottom of a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna leaves on top, brush them with crème fraîche and spread the sauce on top. Layers until the sauce is used up.
5. Finally, sprinkle the vegetable lasagna with rubbing cheese. Bake golden brown for 30-40 minutes in the preheated oven.

Of course, the delicious vegetable lasagna also succeeds without a multifunction device. Cut the onions, carrots and garlic into small pieces, braise in olive oil in a pan. Deglaze with the tomatoes and broth passed and simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Then puree with a mixing stick.
Dice the rest of the vegetables (peppers, zucchini and broccoli), mix in the sauce with the spices and simmer for 15 minutes at a low level. Season with salt and pepper. Then layer the lasagna as described above.
