Honestly, the most annoying part of making pizza is the wait for the dough to finally open, right? During the week, when time is scarce, you just want to get the food to the table quickly. But don't worry-with this recipe you can save yourself waiting and still enjoy delicious pizza feeling.

Pizza casserole: made quickly and so tasty

In terms of taste, the pizza casserole is reminiscent of a typical American pizza with thick soil-nice and fluffy, delicious, hearty!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

  • 2 cans of Sunday rolls from the refrigerated compartment of 6 rolls
  • 250 g passed tomatoes
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 150 g of rubble cheese
  • 2 El Cream
  • 1 TL Oregano, getrocknet
  • 1/2 TL basil dried
  • 1/2 tl paprika, noble sweet
  • Some pepper
  • oil
  • Below: z. B. Salami, corn, ham, paprika ...

And that's so easy:

1. The oven on175 degrees top/bottom heatPreheat. Spread a large baking dish with 1-2 drops of oil.

2. Remove the bun dough out of the packaging and halve the pieces lengthways so that they are half as thick as before. Then put them next to each other in the mold so that the floor is covered.

3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Pull off the garlic and finely chop or through a garlic press (Buy right here at Amazon*) give. Briefly sweat in a pan with a little oil. Deglaze with the tomatoes passed and add the tomato pieces.

4. Season the whole thing with oregano, basil, paprika powder and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat. Then stir in the crème fraîche and approx. 50 grams from the rubbish.

5. Pour the buns with the sauce. Squeeze fresh mozzarella well, pick it up and spread together with the rest of the rubble on the casserole. Optionally still occupy, for example with corn and ham or salami slices.

6. The casserole for approx.30 minutesPush in the oven. A fresh salad goes well with that.
