This universal salad dressing is made quickly, holds in the fridge for a long time and simply fits every salad.

What is the secret behind the universal salad dressing? Quite simply: the dressing is seasoned with Maggi. The liquid wort in the well -known black bottle is in the closet for many. And even if not everyone likes to admit it, sometimes the spice is simply practical to give certain dishes the final whistle.
You need these ingredients:
- 200 ml vinegar
- 75 ml olive oil
- 200 ml of water
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 TL Pfeffer
- 1/2 TL garlic powder
- 2 EL Flusssigerz, z. B. Magged
This is how the quick dressing succeeds:
1. Put half of the water into a small saucepan. Stir in the sugar and salt and heat until both have dissolved. Take off the stove and add the remaining water to cool down.
2. Whisk the oil and vinegar, season with pepper, garlic powder and Maggi. Then add the cooled water and stir everything with a whisk or in a shaking cup (is available here at Amazon*) Mix.
3. Let the universal dressing go through in the fridge overnight. Shake or stir again to serve. The dressing is chilled for several weeks, depending on the salad, you can taste it with suitable fresh herbs.
