Brad Pitt is spending his first Christmas with his own children since splitting from Angelina Jolie

This Christmas will be Brad Pitt's first time with his little ones since his divorce from Angelina Jolie. However, the Hollywood star is only allowed to be unsupervised with half of his children. The actor shares six children with his ex-wife, but he will reportedly spend Christmas Eve with only three of them. He expects Shiloh (13) and twins Knox and Vivienne (11) to join him.

Speaking to US Weekly, an inside source revealed how the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star hopes Christmas Eve will turn out for him and his children. The source shared that Pitt is “hoping the little ones would want to spend the night with him. However, he is really just looking forward to Christmas Eve with them”. Although he's reportedly excited to spend his first unsupervised Christmas with his kids, it's still going to be a tough time for the 55-year-old. So he doesn't expect his other children to show up. The insiders admitted to US Weekly that PittParticipation of his daughter Zahara“wouldn’t expect”.

Maddox, 18, and Pax, 16, will not be there to celebrate the holiday season with their father and siblings. According to reports from the American site, Brad Pitt's eldest child - Maddox - has not had any contact with his father since the very controversial separation from Angie in 2016. Maddox has been estranged from his father since their separation in 2016. The two reportedly had an altercation on a private jet to Los Angeles.

retain custody rights

Although Brad had cleared himself of any wrongdoing, the alleged incident caused the relationship to become strained. While Angelina tried to mend the relationship, the teenager was unreceptive and focused on his studies in South Korea. The movie star is also reportedly struggling to maintain a good relationship with his other 16-year-old son Pax. A source told US Weekly in October that Brad is extremely confident that Pax will be interested in reconciling with him now that his older brother Maddox is away at school.

Pitt also spent last Christmas without Maddox and Pax. However, he shared the special occasion with Shiloh, Knox, Vivienne and Zahara under supervision. Brad and Angelina married in August 2014 after a 10-year relationship, but Angelina sent shockwaves through Hollywood after filing for divorce in September 2016. A judge granted legal entity status to both while finalizing the divorce. The former duo have agreed on a custody agreement for their children and are currently taking care of property and finances.
