The affected users were mainly from Russia, Germany, Poland, England and Luxembourg, but users in Brazil and the USA also reported problems. After 2-3 hours the maintenance work was finally over.

In any case, many people asked whether this was not maintenance work but a DDOS attack. During such an attack, server downtime serves as a distraction while user data is stolen. However, the network spoke out and stated that it was definitely not a DDOS attack.

While some took the problem seriously, others joked on Twitter and announced the end of the world.
