The American actor Jeff Bridges, who particularly impressed many as Fryer the Dude in the film Big Lebowski, is celebrating his 70th birthday today. The Hollywood star has appeared in 90 film projects and won an Oscar for his role as renowned musician Bad Black in Scott Cooper's Crazy Heart.
Jeffrey Leon Bridges was born on December 4, 1949 in Los Angeles into a family of actors. At the age of nine, he first appeared in the television series Sea Hunt alongside his father Lloyd Bridges and brother Beau Bridges.
