Decoration with hydrangeas and embroidery frames
A simple embroidery frame in which you stretch tulle fabric and then decorate it with flowers looks beautiful despite its simplicity (or because of it). Combine the hydrangea flowers with other elements such as leaves, twigs or other flowers. If you want a wedding decoration with hydrangeas, you can also use them. For example, add a table number.
- Embroidery frame of any size
- Tulle fabric
- Flowers and other dried plant parts
Were used in the example: hydrangeas, eucalyptus leaves and berries, poppy heads, grass spikes/spikes, yellow strawflower
This is how you make the decoration from the hydrangeas:
- Stretch the tulle fabric into the ring.
- Trim off the excess on the sides with nail scissors.
- Take the prepared elements and cut them. Make sure you leave stems long enough to tuck into the tulle.
- Insert each stem through several stitches of the fabric to secure it in place. If you only make one hole, the flower may slip out again.
- Create any arrangement using your chosen plants.

- Wooden ring or wire ring (you can also make a wire ring yourself)
- optional Band
- Hot glue
- Scissors
- Hairspray
How to make your own autumn wreath with hydrangeas:
- You can design the ring with flowers or wrap it completely or partially with ribbons.
- To wrap, hot glue one end of the ribbon and begin wrapping. Make sure that the individual rows overlap. Every now and then add a small dab of glue to the ring to help hold the band in place. Also glue the other end securely.
- Glue five of the prepared flowers anywhere on the ring. They look particularly pretty in the middle at the bottom or slightly offset to one side.
- You can then use the other two flower balls to fill in any gaps. To do this, cut off the individual flowers and glue them into the gaps.
- Once you're done arranging, spray the flowers with hairspray.
- Tie a piece of the same ribbon to the top of the ring.
- You can attach the ring to a hook on the door, window or wall.
Cool tip:The hanging ribbon can also be glued directly to the door with hot glue. The adhesive can be easily removed later. Please test beforehand in an invisible area whether this also applies to your door material.

- Close with the other pane of glass.
- Hang up the beautiful decorations! Since it can be viewed from both sides, it is also very suitable as a pendant in front of the window. A perfect window decoration!
