Home remedies for a sore throat: lozenges with lemon and ginger

For the lollipops you need the following ingredients:

Sugar 200 g
Water 225 ml
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Honig 1 EL
Ginger, ground 1 tbsp
Cloves ½ tbsp

Preparation: Put the sugar in a saucepan, add the water and stir. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey, ginger and cloves. Mix everything slowly for a minute. Place baking paper on the work surface. Take a tablespoon, remove some of the mixture and place it on the baking paper.

The necessary ingredients for the next recipe:

Ingredients:
Water 450 ml
Ginger (peeled and finely chopped) 3 cm
Honig 3 EL
Lemon juice (½ lemon, freshly squeezed)
Gelatine, Pulver 4 EL
olive oil

Preparation: Put water and ginger in a pot and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and simmer the mixture over medium heat for 20 minutes. Take a stainless steel fine mesh sieve and strain the liquid. Add lemon juice and honey and bring to a simmer. Remove the pan from the heat and slowly add the gelatine while stirring and dissolve. Grease a silicone muffin tin with olive oil and pour the mixture into the tins. Let it sit in the fridge for an hour.

Immediately before consumption, take the chewy sweets out of the refrigerator, let them stand at room temperature for 2-3 minutes and then take them. Store in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Slowly add the gelatine and dissolve while stirring. Meanwhile, place baking paper on the work surface and pour the mixture onto it. Let cool in the fridge for an hour, then cut into pieces with a sharp knife. Take the finished fruit gummies 1-2 times a day.

Lollipops with honey and lemon
