Regularly means that you should wash the filter of the extractor hood once a month, especially if you cook every day. In this way, sticky deposits are avoided, which are difficult to remove and seriously impair the function of the extractor hood. On the other hand, the accumulated fat is much easier to remove with regular care, so that the cleaning process becomes quick and easy.
