Modern doctor's office wall design with plywood panels and beautiful illustrations

Attractive and modern interior design is what makes this modern medical practice stand out. The medical practice is located in Thessaloniki, Greece. The amazing interior design was created in 2015 by the talented Malvi team. The medical practice houses the offices of two physicians who practice in different medical fields. One doctor is an obstetric ultrasound specialist and the other is a pediatric cardiologist. The customers wanted a medical practice that was friendly, inviting, but at the same time professional. The interior designers were tasked with creating a space that reflected the doctors' different personalities and medical specialties.

The examination rooms of the two doctor's offices and the specialists' offices were purposefully located on either side of the corridor to minimize noise and create a feeling of separation between the two areas. Thanks to this division, the middle area acts as a buffer zone that accommodates the secondary rooms, such as the staff room, toilet and storage.

To emphasize the dual functionality of the medical practice, two different waiting areas were also designed, which can be reached via separate entrances but share a common reception. In both waiting halls, the white walls provide an ideal backdrop forattractive wall design.

The pure white wall surface perfectly showcases the bespoke artwork of renowned illustrator Stavros Damos. The murals, depicting a pregnant woman, a newborn, a tree with birds, flowers and a bicycle, fit seamlessly into the space.

The beautiful wall design reflected the specialized areas of the two doctors in a playful way. The modern doctor's office also fascinates with its interesting wall paneling. The protruding structure in the space that interrupts the waiting hall is covered with plywood panels of different thicknesses.

The walls with plywood cladding serve as a visual connection between the two areas of the waiting hall. The plywood panels act as a functional element of the interior design and were used at the reception, on the door of a doctor's office and in the hidden storage room. Those tooelegant pendant lightabove the reception desk was made of plywood and ensures a harmonious overall appearance.

The successful interplay of plywood panels, beautiful wall decoration and the harmonious rest of the furnishings create a warm, calm and friendly ambience that maintains the feeling of professionalism.
